NOTE: prior to these dates you had a mix of Fed spec, Cali spec, high altitude, etc...anything goes...
NOTE: quite a few 81's and 82's do not have the idle up feature for A/C, missing the diaphram and also the linkage on the front side of the primary throttle shaft.
